Cymru Kitchens

The service I have had from Cymru Kitchens has been unquestionable, they have lead me through every step of the way, total professionalism, a rarity these days.  They are a family based business, and all their staff are delightful, they were a total joy to have working at my property, I am going to miss them all actually.

I have a fabulous kitchen that I am totally in love with, it’s everything I ever wanted, and I couldn't be more delighted. So many thank you’s to everyone at Cymru Kitchens.

We are so glad we chose to have our new kitchen done by Cymru Kitchens, it was truly a great experience.  Every time I walk into the new kitchen, I smile - and if I am tense when I need to cook then within minutes I am calm and happy!!!

We have had such lovely comments from friends and family. The kitchen is elegant but also charming, warm and welcoming - and has a timeless quality to it that is appropriate as much time is indeed spent there with company.

We will certainly be recommending Cymru to all our friends and family as we love our kitchen. Thank you all very much for your hard work and care with the kitchen you created for us.

Cymru Kitchens completely refitted our kitchen of 20 years. They were extremely helpful and proactive in design, were innovative in making full use of our existing appliances and delivered a first class product fitted by professional craftsmen. They worked around our holiday schedule and delivered the new kitchen in time for Christmas. Their back office team regularly kept us up to date and were always available to answer queries. Furthermore, they were very competitively priced.

Thank you,

We would just like to say how fantastic and wonderful our Cymru kitchen still looks now, after three years almost to the day, that the installation was finished.

Everything William  so cleverly designed and suggested for us works brilliantly and there isn’t anything we would do differently or want changed.

We are so grateful for the time and consideration you spent before and during the project and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your wonderful craftsmanship.

We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in making our kitchen, there time and patience is truly appreciated by us both.

We recommend you to everyone that comes and likes the kitchen.

I just wanted to let you know how delighted we are with our new kitchen!  Could you pass on our thanks to all those who worked so hard to make it possible.  This is how we remember the journey:

William worked incredibly hard encouraging us to broaden our horizons and introduced us to such things as a Butler’s Pantry and floor-to-ceiling cupboards.  All very exciting!

All aspects of the building work and the kitchen were aligned.  Nothing was left to chance.

The result is that we still can’t believe the quality and feel of the end result, and are very grateful to all concerned.

I’m very pleased with the outcome of the project. Many thanks to you all for your professionalism throughout. You made what could have been a very stressful process stress free.

William- particular thanks for your expertise with the design. The advice you gave was spot on. I’m really pleased with the layout, the additional work surface and cupboard space makes the kitchen so much more enjoyable to work in.

Please thank Paul you for responding quickly to issues as they arose and ensuring the quality of the end result, and Connie for coordinating everything so well and keeping me informed throughout.

After waiting years to find our dream kitchen, we found Cymru Kitchens, a professional company that could help us achieve our goal. Superb guidance and advice has resulted in a kitchen beyond our expectations.

Cymru staff were dedicated and trustworthy, a friendly team who were a pleasure to have in our home. We would recommend Cymru to anyone searching for a lovely bespoke kitchen, you will not be disappointed.

We adore the whole new space - when we're not working we pretty much live out there. The kitchen is joyful to cook in - plenty of cakes have already come out of those ovens.

We really can't thank you enough for your vision, your advice and your encouragement with the whole project.

We wish you and Cymru Kitchens every success going forward - we're so glad we saw your company details in the garden centre and that you agreed to take us on. If we ever need to replace another kitchen (not this one!) there is only one company we will turn to.

Just wanted to say how please we are with our kitchen, from the brilliant design, workmanship and fantastic quality of the units. Also the customer service both before and after is second to none as every query has been dealt with efficiently and professionally.

I have attached a photo of my plate rack and I am really pleased with it. I feel that it looks as if it has always been there! My kitchen is just over five years old and the original units look just the same as the new rack.

The men who installed it were very pleasant and accommodating.

I have recommended Cymru Kitchens to friends in the past and would have no hesitation in recommending them in the future

We would just like to thank Paul and William most sincerely for your time and attention to detail in the design, planning and installation of our new kitchen.

Please convey our sincere thanks to all those involved with this project, their attention to detail was faultless nothing was too much trouble.

We are delighted with our new kitchen, you achieved an amazing space creating such a lovely room which surpassed all our expectation and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you and your company Cymru Kitchen to our friends and family.

And of course, please do pass on our sincere thanks to all at CK who made this project happen. Each of the trades was a pleasure to have here and an absolute reflection of the high standards we reassuringly get from CK, which was in evidence not just in the care taken with the work and attention to detail but also when changes to plans were quickly accommodated and small (to be expected) glitches very swiftly deal with.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all at Cymru Kitchens for not only giving us a fab kitchen but for your help, understanding and patience in circumstances that were for us both upsetting and prolonged, thank to our wonderful British weather.

We are so enjoying being back in our home and in particular using our lovely kitchen. Which I must say is the envy of all who visit, so many lovely compliments.

It has been such a wonderful experience working with you all - a fantastic company that we will recommend at any given opportunity!

We are absolutely delighted that we chose to work with Cymru Kitchens for our kitchen and utility room. The initial design consultancy from William was invaluable. The team who delivered on the promise were superb, as well as being skilled at their professions. And, whenever any issues or questions cropped up, Paul, team were quick to help resolve things to our satisfaction. That commitment to ensuring that the customer is happy through every step of the project made a real difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to do so again or recommend them to anyone looking for expert advice and a quality result.

On the recommendation of some friends we asked Cymru to come and talk to us. We were immediately impressed by the speed with which William Fox grasped our strategy, and with the helpful suggestions he made for improving it. The tradesmen, supplied by Cymru, were 1st class professionals.

The few issues that arose were rectified without question, and we were very pleased with the craftsmanship of the installation team.

We’ve lived with the new kitchen for several months now, and are delighted that it fully achieves the objectives we had set at the planning stage.

Diolch yn fawr iawn, Cymru!

Kitchen , The vision and design was by far better than anyone else. William actually listened to what we wanted and took great care and a lot of time and patience getting it right for us.

Having previously used CK for our kitchen I made a special request for help with bathroom design and project management. We had 3 bathrooms that needed updating but Isobel took charge. She quickly identified our tastes and was able to make suggestions we were both happy with. She guided us through choosing from a potentially infinite number of products. The team provided us with an accurate work schedule and co-ordinated the plumbers / decorators etc to keep on schedule. It made the process much less stressful than it might have been and we are delighted with the results.
