All proceeds from the event will go directly to food education charity, Cegin y Bobl, who are on a mission to improve Wales’ relationship with food.

About Ophelia Hogan
Ophelia has been a qualified personal trainer since 1995 and has spent nearly three decades helping clients achieve meaningful, long-lasting changes in strength, fitness and overall wellbeing.
Her approach focuses on the whole person, covering movement, nutrition, mindset, back health and lifestyle.
She is also a newly qualified McGill Method Practitioner, specialising in low back rehabilitation and injury prevention and brings this expertise into her everyday work with clients.
