1. Where are Cymru Kitchens made?
All Cymru Kitchens are designed, handcrafted and built in our Newport workshop. Every cabinet, door and detail is made to measure by our in-house team of skilled joiners. We’re proud to be a bespoke kitchen manufacturer in Wales, combining local craftsmanship with exceptional quality.

We’re a family-run business with over 35 years of craftsmanship behind us. Unlike national kitchen chains, everything we do is unique, personal and made with care, from concept through to completion. We only create around 50 kitchens each year, ensuring every project receives the attention it deserves.
5. Do you install the kitchens you build?
Yes. Cymru Kitchens provides a complete service, from initial design and build to fitting and finishing touches. Our installation team works closely with our designers to deliver a seamless result in your home.
6. What materials do you use?
We use only premium materials such as solid oak, ash and high-quality painted finishes. Every material is chosen for its durability, craftsmanship and timeless appeal, ensuring your kitchen will last for decades.
7. Can you match my existing furniture or style?
Yes. We frequently design bespoke pieces to complement existing rooms or features, from dining tables and larders to utility and boot room cabinetry. Your project will be designed around your home’s style and proportions.
8. How long does it take from design to installation?
Lead times vary depending on your project’s size and complexity but typically it takes 10 - 14 weeks from final design approval to installation.
9. Do you offer after-care?
Yes. We offer a dedicated after-care service to keep your kitchen looking and performing beautifully for years to come. Many of our clients return to us for further rooms or additional furniture.
10. What areas do you cover?
We work with clients across South Wales and the West of England, including Newport, Cardiff, Monmouthshire, Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas. We also have installations in Somerset, the Home Counties, North Devon and West Wales.

We manufacture every door and cabinet using the highest-quality materials and hardware to ensure longevity. Many of our customers are still enjoying their Cymru Kitchens 20 years later. Because our kitchens are hand-painted, they can easily be repainted or refreshed to look brand new.
13. Do Cymru Kitchens only make kitchens?
Not at all! We can manufacture bespoke furniture for any room, including bedroom fitted wardrobes & furniture, media units, home offices and vanity units.
14. Can Cymru Kitchens project-manage my renovation?
Yes. Our personalised project management service is a recommended investment that can save both time and money. We coordinate every detail, ensuring your project runs smoothly from start to finish.
15. Do you handle electrics, plumbing and building work?
Yes. We offer a complete 360° service, working with our trusted tradespeople for electrics, plumbing, building work and removal of old kitchens. You’ll have one team managing your entire project.
16. How much does a bespoke Cymru Kitchen cost?
Our bespoke kitchen projects typically start from around £30,000 for design, manufacture, and installation. This excludes appliances, building and other trade works.
