From the moment your project is confirmed, Connie becomes your primary contact for scheduling and overall project coordination. She carefully crafts your installation timeline and walks you through this and keeps you informed about key dates and when you might need to book your own trades if required. Connie manages our trusted partners directly and adapts the schedule if anything unexpected arises.
“My priority is to ensure your project moves along smoothly and to our high standards. I oversee project preparation, kick-off, and delivery, and I keep you updated on key milestones through your dedicated WhatsApp Project Group,” Connie explains.

Your Dedicated Install & Hand-Build Team.
Your dedicated Lead Installer will be introduced to you at the point of survey. They are responsible for the overall build and installation and will be your main day-to-day contact once the project begins.
These are the expert craftspeople who build and fit your kitchen, the same team doing both. They take immense pride in their work, communicate with you during the install while there at your home, and liaise with Connie to ensure the project stays on track and meets our hefty quality standards.
Paul, Our Managing Director.
Paul brings a customer-first mindset and an eagle eye for detail. Near the end of your project, he carries out a personal inspection, creates a snagging list if needed, and ensures everything meets the standard - both his and yours.
Isobel, Our Designer & Aftercare Manager.
One of our in-house designers, Isobel stays involved throughout your install to support with any design details, queries, or late-stage additions. After your kitchen is complete, she leads our aftercare and is available to help with anything that arises once you're living in your new space.
