From Design to Handover.
From your first design conversation through to final handover, every project follows the same seven stages, regardless of the size of your renovation, you’ll always know what comes next.
1. Design & Trade Quotations.
William or Isobel will work with you to understand your brief and finalise the design and specification. We’ll also arrange for the relevant members of our trusted trade network to visit your home and provide quotations.
If you would like to use one of your own tradespeople, such as an electrician, we can allow for their work within the schedule. However, you will remain their main point of contact, as we can only directly manage trades from our own network.
2. Booking & Preparation.
Connie coordinates the trades, plans and prepares behind the scenes, ahead of the agreed start date.
3. Project Introduction.
You’ll receive an introductory email confirming your indicative start date, the next steps and what to expect throughout your project.
4. Schedule Confirmation & Walkthrough.
Closer to the start of your project, we’ll send you a personalised estimated schedule, confirm your start date, along with everything you need to be ready for set up. We’ll also arrange a call to talk through the schedule and answer any questions.
5. Project Delivery.
Our trusted trades carry out the work in your home, coordinated by the Cymru Kitchens team. You’ll receive regular progress updates and have one point of contact for any questions, changes or unexpected issues. The frequency of site inspections and check-ins will reflect the size and complexity of your project.
6. Final Inspection & Sign-Off.
As the work nears completion, we’ll carry out a final inspection and prepare a snagging list. Any remaining items will then be addressed before the project is signed off.
7. Payment & Handover.
Once the project is complete, the final payment becomes due and we’ll provide any relevant warranty, care and maintenance information.
